Welcome to Sound Outfitters! This document outlines the terms and conditions under which Sound Outfitters (“we”, “us”, “our”) provide our services. By using our service, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Shipment Policy

All our shipments are F.O.B (Free On Board) from our facility in Greenville, NC. We ship to the lower 48 states in the United States.  This means that the risk of loss and title for all items ordered passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Sound Outfitters is not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. We recommend customers to inspect the goods upon delivery and report any issues directly to the carrier.

2. Payment Policy

We accept payment via credit cards. Your payment will be processed upon delivery of your sound system. You will receive an electronic invoice detailing the transaction and product information.

3. Return & Refund Policy

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 10 days of receipt. To do so, please contact Sound Outfitters directly at 252-714-0219.. Please note that in order to process your refund, returns must be packaged in the original shipment containers.

All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in, and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase.
